Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an Oracle Technical Manager.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills. As an Oracle Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Oracle-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative technical solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and implement Oracle-based solutions.
• Lead high-performing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle technical development and management.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite R12.
• Full lifecycle experience in Oracle ERP and Cloud SaaS based Oracle applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
